Our conceptual design services start with an initial consultation where we get to know you and what you are looking to achieve in your space. At the Concept Review meeting we will present a Conceptual Design Plan and ensure that the design intent is satisfied.
Detailed Design
Next step, dive into the details! This phase will include plans, sections, elevations, finish selections, plant schedules, a plant probable cost estimate. Essentially all necessary documentation for a contractor to execute the design.
